Over 18 years of professional experience 13 of those in the IT software industry, I bring a strategic blend of financial expertise, technical insight, and entrepreneurial drive. My journey began in IT, where I gained a deep understanding of operations, technology, and scalable systems. Transitioning into the startup ecosystem, I embraced leadership roles that demanded agility, innovation, and a strong business acumen.
As the Director of Finance at Highbrow, I lead financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and investment strategy. My focus is on enabling sustainable growth by aligning financial operations with business goals and driving profitability through informed decision-making and risk management.
Entrepreneurship has played a significant role in shaping my leadership style. I am the founder of Saparito, a fast-growing pizza brand known for its quality and innovation, and ARIPL, a B2B corporate gifting venture that has scaled rapidly by catering to top-tier clients. These ventures have strengthened my ability to manage end-to-end business operations, from cost optimization to revenue generation.

In 2025, I transitioned into executive role, These experiences shaped my ability to build scalable businesses from the ground up with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

I am a results-driven professional over 14 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in institutional sales, modern trade, and B2B business development across FMCD, FMCG, and financial services sectors. My journey began in 2009, after completing my formal education in Marketing and Finance.
I’ve worked with leading brands such as Citibank, Standard Chartered Financial Ltd., and SYSKA, consistently delivering strong outcomes in corporate sales, channel management, and institutional engagement. Growing up in a business-oriented family with a deep-rooted legacy in commerce, I naturally developed a passion for entrepreneurship, customer centricity, and financial discipline.
This entrepreneurial spirit inspired me to launch my own venture focused on corporate gifting solutions, FMCG distribution, and electronic accessories under the HP PAANI brand. Through this initiative, I expanded my knowledge of business operations, vendor management, and client servicing—beyond the boundaries of a traditional corporate structure.

My core strengths lie in strategic sales planning, retail expansion, supply chain optimization, and dealer/distribution network development.
I began my professional journey in 1998, backed by a solid academic foundation in commerce and business. Over the years, I’ve held key leadership roles with iconic brands such as Timex Watches, Titan Industries, Reliance Communications, and Syska LED. In each of these roles, I’ve successfully scaled operations, entered new markets, and surpassed ambitious sales targets—even under challenging market conditions.
With a hands-on leadership style and a strong work ethic, I’ve led high-performing sales teams and driven multi-million-rupee growth initiatives. My focus on execution and long-term value creation has helped expand distribution footprints and strengthen market penetration.
